These terms & conditions apply for any purchase made through the E-store or message directly through our online sales official number. These terms of sale do not apply to any products or services that offered by a third party or special events.

Please read the terms and check this section periodically for any changes. Mirage Jewellery may change the terms of sale from time to time, in its sole discretion. If you make a purchase with us, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use of the platform and our privacy policy.

PLACING AN ORDER

Please note the status of your desired item before making a purchase.
Pre-order items may take 3-6 weeks to complete, while Ready to Wear items will be shipped right after we receive your payment and undergo a quality control process.

All orders placed on the online site are subject to availability and acceptance by Mirage Jewellery.

When you place an order online or through the website, you confirm that the information you provide as part of the online order is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

You will be given the opportunity to confirm your order details, including your address and payment details, and correct any errors before completing the order.

The product you want will be processed after you complete the checkout and payment process. Once we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation to confirm that your order has been shipped for delivery. If we are unable to receive your order due to any reason, our customer service team will contact you.

Payment & Financing Information

All payment transactions use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD).
We provide the following payment method :

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit Card (via Website, Paper Id, Marketplace and Paypal)

All payments have to be completed 24 hours after the orders have been placed. The system will automatically close the orders placed if no payment has been made within the timeframe. Closed orders will not be processed and we cannot guarantee the availability of the items Afterwards. For customer who chooses to pay via Bank Transfer, please confirm your payment via the CONFIRM PAYMENT on our website. Payment via Credit Card & Paypal will be automatically confirmed by the system.

For Custom Orders, down payment (50% of the estimation price) must be paid after customer’s design approval to secure your order. After your order has ready to be shipped, the remaining amount will be confirmed and the remaining of the final price must be paid immediately.

Shipping Information

Shipping fees will automatically be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipments to all cities and regions in Indonesia for any orders above IDR 3.000.000. (Terms and Conditions applied). Deliveries in Indonesia may take up to 3-5 working days for Regular Delivery, and 1-3 working days for Express.

Any international orders with US$500 purchase and above are eligible for free shipments. All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your country is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

We only ship our items with proven third-party courier companies, hence the chances of losing or damaging the package is very slim. However, there are some circumstances which we cannot control and take responsibility of, such as :

  • Risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed to your shipping address.
  • Delays in the delivery time due to incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability of receiver to receive the goods, customs, force majeure, negligence from the shipping company.
  • Customs and duties charges that may occur after shipment. Please directly contact respective country offices for the issue.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

You can exchange products that have been purchased with the following conditions:

  • You are required to do a video recording every time you unbox the packaging for the first time.
  • Report to us no later than 3 days after the goods are delivered by the delivery courier.
  • Exchanged jewellery must be in good condition and can be received by Mirage Jewellery complete with valid invoice and certificate.
  • If the ordered product is damaged/differ from your order, it will be validated via video.
  • If there is no evidence video then it is considered invalid to make a complaint, or Exchange guarantee as listed above.

Exchanges will be issued after Mirage Jewellery confirms that the requirements have been met.

Please note that exchange can only be done in a complete condition with the received box along with the original invoice and certificate.

For incorrect items and defective items, shipping fees are reimbursable. However, if the consumer wants to do size exchanges, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees.

All returns and exchanges must be COMMUNICATED to us via email or other media available within 3 working days (Indonesia) / 5 working days (International) after receiving the products, and the items must be mailed within 3 working days after the customer has received the return or exchange confirmation from us.

The items must be in pristine and unused state with the original paperwork and protective materials attached. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

In the case of exchanges for defective items, in which the particular model is out of stock, consumers can choose to have the purchase amount converted to an IN-STORE CREDIT (shipment fees are excluded). The consumer can also choose to get the product fixed or replaced by a new one within 3-7 business days after we accepted the returned item.

Discounts and Promotions are not applicable for any returns and exchanges.

After Care & Repair Service

When you shop Mirage Jewellery pieces, your special journey that will last a lifetime begins here. We are committed to providing a complimentary life-time service for you. We are happy to give you the opportunity to clean Mirage Jewellery pieces for free in one of our stores. This service includes inspection of jewellery components in order to maintain the function and beauty of your Mirage Jewellery pieces for years to come.

Mirage Jewellery Repair Service is meant for maintaining the function and beauty and make it shine the first time. Every time your jewellery visits our care and service workshop, your products will also go through quality control to ensure that your products always meet our functional standards.

Here is a list of repair and care services at Mirage Jewellery:

Shine Service (Polish & Chrome) Shine service can remove light scratches and bring back the shine of your pieces.

Engraving Service Engraving service allows you to write messages, dates, initials on your cherished jewelry item.

Resize Service The resizing for products can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the total circumference of Mirage’s ring, bracelet or necklace (limitation may apply).

Simple Restoration Service We can help to tighten your jewellery components (setting, prongs, clasp, earring-backs) that are loose.

Component Replacement Service Our care and service workshop can help replace some of your jewellery components that are damaged, broken or lost. Note : The cost of additional components will be passed on to customers when the guarantee period and conditions are exceeded.
